Trustee Bob LaBelle, Clerk of the Board

Trustee Bob LaBelle was elected in November 2016 to the Simi Valley Unified School District’s Board of Education with his term to end in 2024. He is a retired educator with more than 40 years of experience as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal and director of Human Resources. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree and lifetime teaching credential from California State University-Chico, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Pepperdine University. He is currently employed by the NCAA as a Baseball Regional Advisor for the Western United States.

Trustee LaBelle serves on the Ventura County Committee of School District Organization and on the Simi Valley Education Foundation Community Advisory Board.
