Warehouse Guidelines

Please only send materials to shred and/or obsolete books to the warehouse on your scheduled delivery day. (Please see chart to your left.)

Warehouse returns for credit must include a copy of the warehouse requisitions.

Please return all pallets to the warehouse. (Your cooperation is appreciated. Pallets cost about $10 each, and are paid for through the Warehouse budget.)

Please inform Warehouse staff of any shortages or overages as soon as possible.

Before returning any products, please contact that Purchasing Department. (This does not apply to warehouse stock returns.) Return merchandise paperwork will be issued and sent to the Warehouse staff. Please wait to return product until contacted by Warehouse staff.
